OUR MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
Our martial arts programs are designed to give our students the best martial arts experience
possible. We help our students build character, stay physically fit, improve their life skills, and make new
friends in a fun, stimulating, and supportive environment.
Ages 3.5 to 5
Our Ninja Program introduces proper social skills and life lessons appropriate for their age. Listening skills, self-control, focus, and respectful interactions are some of the areas we work on. Improving motor skills, strength, and balance is stressed heavily in this class level. Most importantly, we want our students to have fun and enjoy themselves so that they keep coming back for more.
Ages 11 to 16
The teens class is the only class where they can achieve full Black Belt. The students must be 12 or over. The focus is similar to Shoguns except they learn advanced self-defense movements. Strength and flexibility are heavily emphasized. The mental benefits are still a part of this class, but the approach is very different.
Ages 5.5 to 7
There is a balance between the physical and metal aspects of training. In this class, students will learn basic introduction to self-defense moves and bully prevention techniques. The goal is to develop strength and coordination and a great solid foundation of the Martial Arts.
Ages 8 to 10
This class is by far the most physical one, yet it still places a heavy emphasis on respect, focus, overcoming failure and confidence. Students learn basic take-downs, full free sparring and basic grappling. As they progress in rank, they learn more challenging material. The highest rank in this class is Junior Black Belt. Students have to be 12 and over to receive a full Black Belt.
MARTIAL ARTS INSPIRED ADULT FITNESS
Sensei Lincoln has his degree in Excercise Physiology and has been a Certified Trainer for over 15 years. This class blends his experience with a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in each class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Jiujitsu. Release stress while having a blast and feeling like a champ.
